An apparatus for manufacturing a light guide panel and reducing manufacturing cost is provided to facilitate a pattern in a form on both sides of a display light guide plate. A light guide plate transfer apparatus transfers a light disk main body. A spread molding supplier(110) supplies the resin for the diffusion layer formation. A prism pattern molding unit(120) consecutively forms the prism pattern on the upper side of the diffusion layer of the optical disk main body while providing the resin for the prism pattern formation to the specified form. A reflecting pattern molding unit consecutively forms the reflection pattern on the lower surface of the optical disk main body while providing the resin for the reflection pattern formation to the specified form.
