The coupler has an outer conductor (8) with a cavity (9) in which a center connector (10) extends with the outer conductor, where the center conductor is electrically isolated with radio frequencies. The center conductor is supplied by feed lines (15-18) crossing the outer conductor and opening in the cavity of the outer conductor, where each feed line is connected to a branch (11) of the central connector by ohmic contact (23). The conductor has a hollow shaped transversal section and two orthogonal symmetric axes.
