The device has a locking system including a mobile locking strip (11) that is mobile in parallel translation for being penetrated in a groove (12) of a mobile frame of a glazed panel i.e. mobile panel, in a locked position. The system is actuated by a control mechanism. The mechanism produces a linear displacement of a control rod (23) along a fixed lower frame of an opening e.g. door opening, and transforms the displacement by reference of an angle through transversal displacements of guiding units i.e. tear drops, actuating the strip.
