摘要

A Pb-free glass frit powder for silicon solar cell and a method of preparing the same are provided to obtain superior performance and durability by using a glass frit powder using Bi2O3 instead of lead oxide. A Pb free glass frit powder for production of solar cell comprises bi2O3 and B2O3. The Pb free glass frit powder for the production of solar cell contains more than one selected from group consisting of ZnO, Al2O3, and baCO3. The average particle diameter of the glass frit powder is 1~10um; Bi2O3 is 75~95 weight%; B2O3 is 1~15 weight%.
