LOW NOISE AMPLIFIER

摘要

A low noise amplifier is provided to reduce power consumption by serially connecting a harmonic and noise generating part to a broadband amplifying part without a device like an adder. A low noise amplifying part(110) amplifies an input signal. A harmonic and noise generating part(120) is positioned in an input end of the low noise amplifying part. The harmonic and noise generating part generates a compensating signal for compensating a thermal noise signal and an intermodulation distortion signal about the input signal generated in the low noise amplifying part. A load part(130) outputs a signal amplified in the low noise amplifying part. The harmonic and noise generating part and the low noise amplifying part are serially connected. The harmonic and noise generating part generates an intermodulation distortion compensating signal having an opposite phase of 180 degree about the intermodulation distortion signal generated in the low noise amplifying part.
