A vessel manufacturing method is provided to mount an optical mark on a label layer and sense an optical mark by an optical sensor, thereby quickly and accurately manufacturing a vessel by cutting, fusing, sealing and punching. One or more plastic layers bond a bonded original material layer and a label layer(125) to form a multi layer forming a cover unit of a vessel. Both sides of the multi layer are cut to form a cutting unit including an opening and a cutting line. Parts of a multi layer in which the cutting unit is formed and a film layer forming a tray unit of the vessel are fused through three steps. Contents are filled in a storage unit formed along with a longitudinal direction between the multi layer and the film layer. A junction of the fused multi layer and film layer is sealed. The sealed junction of the multi layer and film layer is punched and divided respectively.
