<p>A method for decentralizing terminal units location registration and a terminal unit thereof are provided to decentralized a location registration time point performed at a time point when a service disable environment is converted into a service able environment. When a state of a terminal unit is converted into a state that communication with a mobile communication network is available, a distribution control unit(140) extracts a transmission time point for requesting location registration in a pre-designated maximum distribution time section by using identification information of the terminal unit. A location register(160) transmits a location registration request to the mobile communication network at the transmission time point. A storage unit(120) stores location registration distribution control information including a maximum distribution time setting item and a distribution interval item.</p> |
