ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING THEREOF

An organic electro luminescent device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to perform a color tuning by interposing an exciplex control layer between a hole transport layer and a light emitting layer. A first substrate(210) and a second substrate are arranged to face each other. An array device is formed in the first substrate. An array device includes a thin film transistor. An anode(211) is formed on the first substrate. A hole-transport layer is formed on the anode. An exciplex control layer(250) is formed on the hole transport layer. The thickness of the exciplex control layer is 0.5 to 5.0 nm. A light emitting layer(213) is formed on the exciplex control layer. An electron transport layer(214) is formed on the light emitting layer. An electron injection layer(215) is formed on the electron transport layer. A cathode(216) is formed on the electron injection layer.
