MANUFACTURING METHOD OF LOTUS FLOWER POWDER

A method for manufacturing lotus powder is provided to generate the lotus powder in which the natural perfume is preserved by freezing an aging the lotus for 90 days. A method for manufacturing lotus powder comprises the following steps of: freezing and aging the lotus in a freezer of -20‹C to -30‹C for 85 to 95 days(S101); selecting a frozen/aged lotus(S103); thawing the selected lotus for 20 to 22 hours(S105); cutting the thawed lotus two times in the longitudinal direction so that the thickness can be 13 to 22mm(S107); supplying the hot air of 110 to 120‹C to the cut lotus as stirring the cut lotus within a stirring container of 25 to 30rpm for 1 hour; and then supplying the hot air of 140 to 150‹C to the stirred lotus as stirring the lotus within the stirring container of 27 to 32rpm for 2 hours(S109).
