An X-ray fluoroscope for performing tilt tracking and rotation tracking with high accuracy and with simple operation in observation work without inputting the distance from the surface of the table to the observation point of the fluoroscopy object and without performing previous calibration operation for determining the distance. An X-ray fluoroscope has a tracking function of moving the table (2) by determining an amount of movement of the table (2) necessary for tilt or rotation tracking by computation using the distance h which is the total of the distance d from the surface of the table (2) to the observation point (V) and the distance z from the surface of the table (2) to the X-ray focus (1a). As the initial value of the distance h, a prescribed value or a given input value is used, and the observation point (V) is specified on the screen after the tracking. Thus, by using the variation of the observation point (V) caused by the tracking, the distance h is updated, thereby improving the tilt (rotation) tracking accuracy by degrees. ® KIPO & WIPO 2009 |
