An apparatus for implementing a CRBT(Coloring Ring Back Tone) service, a method thereof and an apparatus for acquiring the CRBT file are provided to update the CRBT file which a subscriber listens to at real time. A first receive module(11) receives CRBT access information. A channel management module(12) determines the CRBT file according to the CRBT access information. The channel management module comprises a determination sub-module, a real-time CRBT information sub module and a real-time CRBT module. According to the crystallization sub module is the CRBT access information, the real-time CRBT service is used. According to the real-time CRBT information sub module is the CRBT access information, the real-time CRBT information is determined. A playback module(13) reproduces the real-time CRBT file.
