摘要 A non-shrinkage ceramic substrate and a manufacturing method thereof are improve adhesive strength between the ceramic laminate and an external electrode by plasticizing the ceramic laminate and the external electrode at the same time. A non-shrinkage ceramic substrate includes a ceramic laminate, a metal constraining layer(14), and an external electrode. The ceramic laminate is comprised of a plurality of ceramic green sheets(10a). The ceramic green sheet includes an inner electrode(12) and a via electrode(13). A metal constraining layer is formed in one side of the ceramic green sheet. The metal constraining layer is formed in one side of the ceramic green sheet. The metal constraining layer is not sintered at a firing temperature of the ceramic laminate. The metal constraining layer includes at least one of SUS(Steel Use Stainless), Ni, Mo, and W. The external electrode is formed on at least one side of the uppermost surface and the lowermost surface of the ceramic laminate.
