A flow adjusting valve is provided to lower the product cost and streamline assembling processes by coupling a housing forming the main structure of a flow adjusting part to a valve body through a retainer. A flow adjusting valve comprises a valve body(10), a housing(20), a shaft(30) and a retainer(60). The valve body is made of a pipe shape connected to the pipe in which the fluid is transferred. On the one side of the valve body, a joint(12) is formed. The housing is shaped of synthetic resin to integrate a shaft support(22) of upper shaft support(24) and a lower body. The shaft support supports the shaft in order to ascend and descend. The shaft is built in the housing and slides vertically at the shaft support. The valve body is coupled at the bottom part of the shaft. The valve body ascends and descends according to the elevation of the shaft. The retainer supports the housing at the inner circumference of the joint of the valve body.
