A corrugated fin cutting method includes continuously conveying a fin material (1) formed into a corrugated shape having a plurality of ridge sections (11) and a plurality of valley sections (12) while regulating a number of the ridge sections (11) and positioning the valley sections (12); and cutting the fin material (1) at a bottom portion of one of the valley sections (12) between a stationary blade member (4) and a rotating blade member (6, 60) as the rotating blade member (6, 60) rotates in one direction with respect to the stationary blade member (4) while the fin material (1) is being conveyed.
