The disk has an elastic compressible foam body (1) including front and rear faces positioned against each other and can be attached at an effective drive arrangement in a rotating or oscillating manner by using an attachment layer (4). A stabilization disk (2) is arranged between the elastic compressible foam body and the attachment layer. The stabilization disk is connected with the foam body at its upper side, and connected with the attachment layer at its lower side. The foam body is made of polymer foam, and the stabilization disk is made of temperature resistant foam plastic.
