A food charging vessel and a manufacturing method for the same are provided, which prevents the product value of the food contents from being damaged. A food charging vessel comprises: a floor side(11) and a side(12) of the inner side capable of receiving the food contents of the gelation form; and a micro cavity which is formed in the inner circumference of the food charging vessel to form a water layer by the liquid contained in the food contents. Since the micro cavity is formed in the inner circumference of the food charging vessel, the liquid contained in the food contents of the gelation form penetrates between the micro cavity and the water layer is formed.
