A double massage tool for the massage apparatus comprises: a nipple(185) connected to a negative pressure source through the connecting tube(160); an outer tube(181) which has the shape in which the lower part is opened and forms the first skin contact part on the bottom; and an inner tube(182) in which the peripheral part is detachably combined with the inner circumferential portion of the outer tube, the top and bottom part are opened, and the second skin contact part is formed on the bottom.
