A disposable automatic blood collecting apparatus is provided to prevent the reuse of a device by preventing a blood lancet from being returned to an initial position after the apparatus is used once. A front wall and an upper wall of the housing are opened. The housing has an accommodation space(112) of the predetermined area. A blood lancet(120) is received in the accommodation space of the housing. The blood lancet is protruded to the outside through an opening(116a) of the front wall of the housing by the elasticity of the spring. A leading end of a press releasing unit(118) is detachably connected to the upper wall of the housing. A press releasing unit prevents the blood lancet from moving to the opening of the front wall of the housing. The press releasing unit includes a press unit and a separation preventing protrusion. A slip preventing protrusion(113) is formed in the upper surface of the press unit to prevent the slip of the finger of a user.
