The burner has a bioethanol fuel receiver body (10) with an interior continuous wall (10a) and a bottom (10b). Connection and spacing units (11) are provided on an exterior face of the body and periphery of the body for authorizing fixation of an outer jacket (12) constituting a double skin. The outer jacket surrounding the body defines an intermediate air passage and circulation chamber (13) by a space of the units so that the exterior jacket remains at ambient temperature. A detachable plate (14) including openings (14a) is placed on a horizontal upper face of the body to pass flames.
