The device has a rigid cylinder (4) made of rigid latex and rubber and overmounted of a flexible conical end (3) and overmounted of a toric flexible conical upper part (2) i.e. upper cone, curved towards a flexible latex base to provide reduction of thickness progressive towards an upper part of the device. A lower part (5) of the device with sufficient thickness is toric with curvature directed towards top, and prevents detachment of a dust recovery sachet from the cylinder.
