The seat has a pressure exerting unit to exert pressure on track balls (32) in hollow hemispherical cavities (31) when a clutch (1.1) is found in a clutched position such that the balls are forced to penetrate in the cavities and transmit a rotation movement from a input shaft (19) to an output shaft (20) of an electromechanical actuator i.e. direct current motor. A pressure releasing unit releases the pressure when the clutch is found in a declutched position, so that the balls are released from a cavity outlet and are revolved on the output shaft without driving when the input shaft rotates.
