A fabric floor paper is provided to have excellent and various effects on the body such as humidity control, water vein isolation, antiseptic activity, and air conditioning. A fabric floor paper comprises: a surface film (10) supplied with synthetic resin material; an upper part textile layer (20) coated with a first coating liquid on the exterior of fabric; a lower part textile layer (30) coated with a second coating liquid on the exterior of fabric; and a bottom film (40) of synthetic resin material.
