A method and a system for synchronizing data between different kinds of systems using B2BSOA(Business to Business Service-Oriented Architecture) are provided to mutually associate data without respect to an OS, an architecture and a data format of each system by using a W3C(World Wide Web Consortium) standardized web service and an XML document. A conversion unit(510) receives a request for processing the first message from the first system. The conversion unit converts the first message data format to generate the second message. A receiver(520) requests processing about the generated second message to the second system. The receiver receives the third message as a process result about the second message from the second system. The conversion unit converts the received third message into a data format of the first message. The conversion unit transmits the converted third message to the first system.
