PB-FREE CERAMIC COMPOSITE OF BI SERIES AND FABRICATION METHOD THEREOF

A Pb-free ceramic composite of Bi series and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to produce a sintered body having apparent density more than 95% by controlling formation of impurities while comparing with the theoretical density. A manufacturing method of a Pb-free ceramic composite of Bi series includes the following steps of: mixing and measuring one of compositions having ceramic compositions of BNT, BKT, BNBT, BNKT and BNKBT; milling a composition with anhydrous ethanol; drying and calcining powder after milling and drying repeatedly the powder; performing a second calcining process; drying the powder; mixing the power with a Polyvinyl Alcohol(PVA) 5 wt% aqueous solution; molding the powder and sintering a molded specimen.
