A method for producing a hair coloring agent is provided to improve dyeability, hair conditioning effect and color fastness and reduce side effect on the skin. A method for producing hair coloring agent comprises: a step of extracting one or more kind among plant and animal ingredients with solvent, adding and polymerizing mordant (10); a step of adding binder and cross linking agent to produce the natural hair coloring agent (11) ; and a step of distilling solvent and adding water and emulsifying agent (12).
