The scrapper has a Teflon(RTM: PTFE) pallet divided into pallet parts (8, 10, 12), where the part (8) is made of Teflon(RTM: PTFE), and defines a beveled edge (9) contacting an inner wall of a tank and the part (10) is made of Teflon(RTM: PTFE), and defines an attachment unit (11). The part (12) made of elastic or silicon material is provided with an elastic blade and inserted in grooves at ends of the parts (8, 10) opposite to the beveled edge. The blade is fixed with the parts (8, 10) by a fixation unit i.e. screw (13), made of inoxidizable steel. An independent claim is also included for a mixer comprising a grate to which a scrapper is attached.
