The device has a sealed bag or enclosure (1) with an outlet (3) equipped with an electrovalve (5), and an oxygen sensor (12) controlled by a programmable automaton (6) in order to purge the oxygen in the enclosure. The automaton is electrically connected to a temperature sensor (10), pressure sensor (11), humidity sensor (20), and the oxygen sensor. The sensors (10, 11) are equipped with a transmission unit for transmitting a data remotely to a destination of the automaton at which a mobile telephonic system (19) is associated for sending incident signal to a control centre.
