A cross axis ball joint is provided to assemble a boot easily and rapidly by combing a boot to the axis of a ball stud by inserting a pressure member in the end of an axis. A cross axis ball joint is composed of a ball stud(10), a socket(30), a ball sheet(20), a plug(40), boots(50,50'), and a pressure member. The ball stud has a sphere type part(10a) formed in the center and an axis part(10b) passing the sphere type part in the straight line. The socket houses the ball stud. The ball sheet is installed in the socket to settle the sphere type part of the ball stud. The plug is installed in the socket to prevent the ball stud from being separated from the socket. The boot is installed from the socket to the axis of the ball stud to block the inflow of the foreign materials. The pressure member is combined on the end of the axis by compressing the boot. |
