A blood powder manufacturing apparatus using high-temperature heat or steam for increasing energy efficiency is provided to reduce manufacturing time for removing the moisture of the semi-solid blood without destroying plasma protein. Semi-solid blood is put into in a drum(10). A shaft(30) is installed in the center of the drum and is composed of a pipe structure so that the steam be injected in inside. A plurality discs(40) is connected inside shaft so that the steam be injected in inside. A motor(50) rotates the shaft. A shaft inlet is connected to the one-side end of shaft. The steam is injected to the shaft inside. The moisture disappearing in the semi-solid blood is inhaled to the drum outside by the injection fan. A jacket(20) surrounds the external of the drum. A jacket inlet injects the steam into the space between the drum and the jacket. A steam dome stores moisture disappearing with the suction fan in the semi-solid blood ejected to the drum outside. A steam outlet ejects the moisture which is temporarily stored in the steam dome to outside. The temperature of the steam injected through the shaft inlet port is 100 degrees to 120 degrees. |
