An apparatus for detecting multi bacteria is provided to quantitatively and accurately measure microorganism to detect analyzing specific current peak in nano crystal metal. A nano crystal-microorganism attractive complex comprises nano crystal, microorganism attractive material, bond stabilizing material. The nano crystal is selected among zinc, cadmium, lead, copper, gallium, arsenic, thallium, nickel, manganese and bismuth. A bond stabilizing material binds with nano crystal. A method for detecting microorganism using a nano crystal marker comprises: a step of determining one or more microorganism attractive material and one or more microorganism; a step of forming one more nano crystal-microorganism attractive material complex; a step of mixing the complex in a sample and inducing the contact of one more nano crystal microorganism attractive material; a step of contacting with nano crystal-microorganism attractive material; and a step of measuring current peak.
