A multi user call system and a method thereof of a data mixing base using an IP terminal are provided to be unnecessary to have the addition constitution of the server by setting multiuser calls by using a data mixing function of the terminal without interrupting an SIP(Session Initiation Protocol) server. If it has the new terminal in a call, a president terminal requests the terminal addition among the first and the second terminal as one terminal(S400). Data of the channel formed with the first and the second terminal is mixed(S410). If the terminal addition is requested from the president terminal, the addition person terminal forms the new terminal and channel. The data of the new terminal and the channel formed with the president terminal is mixed from the addition person terminal. The new terminal is made participate in the conference call. |
