#CMT# #/CMT# The prosthesis (1) has a central portion (3) with an elastic blade (5) whose thickness is oriented in direction parallel to a plane of articular mobility of a bone with respect to other, where the prosthesis is made of a metallic material e.g. NITINOL(RTM: nickel and titanium alloy). The blade forms a central part (5d) projecting in a transverse direction, where the central part is directed after implantation from a side of a treated joint whose flexion movement is realized on the central part. A medullary rod (2) has a medullary part from a side opposite to the central portion. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Prosthesis for joint e.g. inter-phalangeal, phalango-metacarpal and phalango-metatartienne joints (all claimed), of a patient to immobilize the joint in an alignment position of phalanges. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The thickness of the blade is oriented in direction parallel to a plane of articular mobility of a bone with respect to other such that the blade assures rigidity to the prosthesis in the transverse direction, thus assuring better controlled and limited movement of the bone with respect to another in the extension movement direction of the joint and mediolateral direction. The prosthesis avoids provision of harmful effects on the organs of the patient and prevents diffusion of particles in the material constituting the prosthesis. The prosthesis is easy to manufacture.
