A method for constructing a ground rod of an electric pole and a device thereof are provided to easily obtain a target resistance value, thereby constructing reliability about the ground rod. After underground 2 or more meter depth is selected while maintaining 0.5~1 meter from an electric pole, a hole(3) for burying a ground rod is formed by a screw(4). The ground rod and a ground reducing material are inserted into the hole. A ground line(8) connected with the ground rod is connected to the electric pole. The ground line is buried under the ground. In a leading end of a boom stand of an auger crane(6), a screw driving unit(9) for installing the screw is formed. |
