A needle punching device and two-layer textile manufactured thereby are provided to offer wide usability for indoor decoration and clothes etc, and to make various patterns using a needle expressing a pattern on a fiber web. A needle punching device includes the followings: a needle plate(10) formed to divided structure to adjust height of a part of a needle at least conveniently; a driving shaft(20) receiving a helical axis(22) for height adjustment, and connected with the top of the needle plate; a worm gear(34) and a warm wheel(32) formed on one side of the driving shaft; and a rotating unit(30) rotating the needle plate to a settling location. The needle plate adjusts the height of structure in a center part. |
