METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING DATA FORMAT IN MOBILE COMMUNICATION AND TERMINAL THEREOF

A data formatting method and a terminal using a MAC PDU format for wireless telecommunication are provided to receive data by the specific terminal through a share data channel such as HS-DSCH(High Speed Downlink Shared Channel) by using MAC PDU format. A terminal receives a common ID through a control channel related to a shared data channel. Whether the terminal exclusive identifier is included in the header of MAC(Medium Access Control) PDU(Packet Data Unit) which the shared data channel transmits(S13). If the terminal exclusive identifier is included, it confirms whether the terminal exclusive identifier coincides with the terminal exclusive identifier which the terminal stores(S15). If the terminal exclusive identifiers coincide with, the MAC PDU is processed(S16).
