ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODE DISPLAY AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent color variation by a viewing angle by forming an embossing on an overcoat film of at least one pixel. An organic light emitting display device includes first to third pixels. The first to third pixels display different colors. Each pixel includes a first electrode(191R,191G,191B), a second electrode(270), a light emitting member, a semi-translucent member(193), and an overcoat film(180). The second electrode faces the first electrode. The light emitting member is positioned between the first electrode and the second electrode. The semi-translucent member is positioned in the lower or upper part of the first electrode. The semi-translucent member forms the second electrode and the micro cavity. The overcoat film is positioned in the lower part of the semi-translucent member. The embossing is formed on the surface of at least one overcoat film among first to third pixels.
