摘要 A method of manufacturing a urethane sponge pad is provided to improve the hygroscopicity by adding the starch, isocyanate and polyvinyl alcohol to the polyol. A method of manufacturing a urethane sponge pad comprises the following steps of: injecting the polyol of 30 to 80 weight%, starch of 5 to 45 weight%, polyvinyl alcohol of 1 to 10 weight% and inorganic powder of 5 to 25 weight% into a heating tank; stirring the polyol, starch, polyvinyl alcohol and inorganic powder for the time of 0.5 to 2 hours within the range of 60 to 120‹C, cooling them in the room temperature after synthesizing them with the esterification reformed polyol(10); and injecting the esterification reformed polyol into the first storage tank of a bubbler, adding the surfactant and forming agent to stir the polyol(11).
