A mobile telephone performing wireless mesh network and a method for downloading data are provided to download data quickly and efficiently by downloading the data from wireless communication terminal having optimum communication efficiency. A first mobile telephone requests the specific contents as a server(S610). The first mobile telephone receives the identifier of the second mobile telephone having the communications efficiency as to communication with the mobile telephone from the server among mobile telephones possessing the specific contents(S640). The first mobile telephone the specific contents from the second wireless terminal having the communications efficiency(S680). The first mobile telephone performs the second mobile telephone and wireless mesh communication in which the communications method is directly applied of the peer to peer.
