An FRM-EGF fusion protein comprises an amino acid of the sequence number 1. A polynucleotide encoding the protein has a sequence number 2. A vector containing the polynucleotide has the sequence number 5. A method for producing the FRM-EGF protein is to culture the vector by transforming in a host cell. A composition for promoting wound healing comprises the vector as an active ingredient. The wound is chronic diabetic skin wound or incurability skin wound.
