OPTICAL TRACKING METHOD AND SYSTEM USING LED LANDMARK

An infrared mark identifying method and a system thereof are provided to detect location information from detected bundle information. Infrared ray emitting device groups are comprised to set each bundle information(S300,S302). Bundle information corresponding to each rule is set by adjusting brightness of an infrared ray emitting device to enable the bundles to have different rules(S308). Location information of the infrared ray emitting device included in the bundle information is set according to the set bundle information(S310). The infrared ray emitting device is arranged according to the set bundle information(S312). The arranged infrared ray emitting device is photographed by an Infrared ray camera to obtain image information. The bundle information is detected by determining rules by brightness adjustment of four adjacent infrared ray emitting devices from the obtained image information. The four adjacent infrared ray emitting devices are identified from the detected bundle information.
