A micromixer of vertical lamination type is provided to successively isolate fluid and mix without separate installation of additional mixing device. A micromixer of vertical lamination type comprises: a injection channel (100) containing a first and second injection (101,102) and separation flow path (110); a inlet (211) in which a first fluid flows in; a confluence unit (213) forming mixed fluid; a separation unit (215) which separates a part of fluid with equal amount; a central flow path (210) having outlet (217) in which remaining amount of fluid flows out; and plural mixing channel (200) having right flow path (220).
