<p>A method for manufacturing Tio2 slurry and concrete/Tio2 structure for purifying polluted water having high photo-activity is provided to improve bond strength of a concrete block carrier and the TiO2 slurry by adding materials like a dispersing agent, a surfactant, a binder, a plasticizer and a solvent etc. Tio2 slurry having high optical activity comprises 50~70 weight% of the Tio2 slurry, 50~70 weight% of TiO2 powder, 5~8 weight% of a dispersing agent, 1~5 weight% of a surfactant, 17~40 weight% of a binder, slurry solid powder consisting of 1~20 weight% of a plasticizer and a solvent of 100~350 weight% on the basis of 100 weight% of the slurry solid powder.</p> |
