A portable medical treatment apparatus for sebaceous glands disease is provided to improve treatment by applying the light and the thermal shock to a local part of the skin. A heating element(22) generates the heat by the current. The light source of a light source circuit part(21) has the wavelength of 400 nm to 900 nm. A temperature sensor(24) senses the temperature inside the housing around the heating element. If the temperature sensed by the temperature sensor is below the lower limit, a heating element control circuit part(23) heats the heating element again. If the temperature sensed by the temperature sensor is above the upper limit, the heating element control circuit part stops the power supply to the heating element. A power supply unit(30) supplies the power to the internal circuits.
