The arrangement has a storage element (3) forming a container extending on a height (h) and width (l1) of a rear surface (12) of a central console (1), where the element is formed from a single piece of flexible and elastically deformable material. The container includes a rectangular access opening (31) formed of slot. The element includes a wall (32) cooperating with the rear surface of the console for fixing the wall on the console. The opening is placed in a plane parallel to an upper surface (15) of the console. The element has a cover i.e. flap, for closing the access opening.
