<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch device suppressing the occurrence of great bending moment in a first cylinder tube even when a first friction engaging means and a second friction engaging means are operated, while eliminating the need for increasing the thickness of the first cylinder tube to achieve a lighter and more compact figure. <P>SOLUTION: The first friction engaging means 2 and the second friction engaging means 3 are provided inside a cylindrical connection drum 17 concentrically with a rotating shaft 6. A first hydraulic cylinder 4 is provided at one end of the connection drum 17 with the first cylinder tube 9 on which the connection drum 17 is integrally and continuously provided. A second hydraulic cylinder 5 is provided inside a first piston 10 of the first hydraulic cylinder 4. A second cylinder tube 20 of the second hydraulic cylinder 5 for storing a second piston 21 has a protruded portion 28 protruded radially outside passing through a through-hole 18a of the first piston 10.
