PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the excellent frequency diversity effect even at a mobile station device to which a plurality of virtual resource blocks are assigned. SOLUTION: A base station device performing distributed transmission, includes: a resource corresponding section for determining, for each of mobile station devices, a starting position and the number of consecutive blocks in the order of corresponding rules, constituted of combinations of physical resource assignment units for disposing signal groups divided from virtual resource blocks and the order of the combinations, in which physical resource assignment units belonging to a virtual resource block unit set aggregating the plurality of combinations being consecutive in the order are not adjacent to each other in the direction of frequency; an assignment information generating section for generating radio resource assignment information including information representing the starting position and the number of consecutive blocks; and a multiplexing section for multiplexing signals of the virtual resource blocks in accordance with the determination of the resource corresponding section and multiplexing signals transmitting the radio resource assignment information.
