PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic urination treatment device not only usable in the night time and outdoors but also adequate for intermittent operation, lightweight, superior in heat resistance and in wear resistance, well resistant to mildly acidic and mildly alkaline chemicals. SOLUTION: This vacuum pump 1 comprises a shaft coupling 21 formed of a resin and having a round hole formed in one side to be fitted to a motor shaft and an angular hole formed in the other side to be fitted to a driving shaft; an eccentric shaft 11 formed of a resin and having an outside cylindrical portion eccentric to the driving shaft; a piston 3 formed of a resin, having a plate-like blade portion on the upper part of the outer periphery and mounted on the outer periphery of the eccentric shaft; a cylinder 4 formed of a resin and storing the eccentric shaft and the piston; a sliding cylindrical column 7 formed of a resin for restricting the movement of the blade portion and preventing the rotation of the piston 3; and a discharge/suction flow path and a discharge flow path opened to a pump chamber formed between the inner peripheral face of the cylinder 4 and the piston 3. When the motor shaft is rotated, the eccentric shaft 11 and the piston 3 have eccentric motion and the sliding cylindrical column 7 restricts the movement of the blade and prevents the rotation of the piston 3 to change the capacity of the pump chamber.
