PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly versatile tape cutter capable of solving a problem wherein it is required to discard the entire tape cutter when a cutting edge is broken or worn and of responding to various cutting shapes and use methods. SOLUTION: A holder member 10 having a substantially L-shaped cross section is constituted by providing a side face part 12 having a plate face extended to an approximately perpendicular direction with respect to a front face part 11 on one side of the front face part 11 having a one-end bearing part for supporting one end of a rotating shaft of a reel 20.
