PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupler improving the efficiency of operation by enabling plural implements to be coupled, lifting and lowering each of the coupled implements, reducing an influence caused by vibration, and enabling the operation by the implements to be carried out stably. SOLUTION: The coupler is provided with separately installed each of the coupling means of a pivot hitch 1 and a draw bar hitch 17, and different kinds of implements, e.g. a rake and a roller are coupled thereto, respectively. The pivot hitch 1 has a turnable turn plate 5, and absorbs or reduces the vibration by the turn of the turn plate 5. A driving shaft 35 of the rake connected to the pivot hitch 1 is arranged so as to pass between a chain 23 installed in the draw bar hitch 17 and an equilateral angle steel 22. The draw bar hitch 17 is connected to the lifting and lowering driving source of a tractor, and when lifting and lowering a roller coupled thereto with the draw bar hitch 17, the chain 23 is engaged with the driving shaft 35 to enable the rake to be simultaneously lifted and lowered.
