The arrangement has a molded part (4) formed corresponding to a produced, desired, structured surface (2). The part is coated with a separation component at an inner side of the part, and has guiding and pressurizing devices (5). The part is positioned and guided by the devices to produce the surface opposite to another molded part, is pressed under an effect of pressure, and is displaced. The part (4) used as a box is firmly fixed on a floor, ceiling, wall or sculpture, and is connected with a cover layer (6) of a limited region, and is produced by recessing or buckling of parts of the floor. The molded parts consist of a plastic, cold deformable, adherent, hardened filling material made of epoxy resin, and glass fiber and/or carbon fiber composites. An independent claim is also included for a method for designing a surface of an optically demanding floor, a ceiling, a wall of a room or its parts, and a surface of sculpture and a facade, and a surface of technically motivating or technically conditioned slot, dent or buckling in the floor, slab and wall of room in a luxury segments of architecture, yacht, cruise liner and in light engineering and acoustics.
